The Double Acting Hydraulic Jack (1,000 Tonne / 10,000 kN) is a heavy-duty centre-hole hydraulic cylinder used for post-tensioning of prestressed concrete tendons, high-capacity pile load testing, structural load application in large-scale testing, and hydraulic pressing operations in civil and geotechnical engineering. Double acting means the cylinder both extends and retracts under hydraulic pressure — unlike single-acting jacks that rely on spring or gravity return.

Applications
