Cement Cube Mould — ISI Mark (Cast Iron)

The ISI Mark Cast Iron Cement Cube Mould is BIS-certified for casting 70.6 mm × 70.6 mm × 70.6 mm mortar cube specimens as per IS 4031 Part 6 and IS 650. ISI-mark moulds are mandatory for cement testing in BIS-licensed manufacturing labs and government-approved NABL facilities. The cast iron construction ensures dimensional stability over thousands of test cycles without warping or wear.

ISI Mark vs Plastic Mould

ISI-marked cast iron moulds are required for BIS licensing inspections, government contract compliance, and NABL accreditation scope verification. Plastic (PU) moulds are adequate for routine QC and research where BIS certification is not a mandatory requirement. Both give equivalent test results when dimensions are within IS tolerance.
