Concrete Cube Curing Tank with thermostat control at 27°C ± 1°C for IS 516 / IS 456 compliant water curing of concrete specimens. MS epoxy-coated, 200–600 L capacity, stainless heater element. Up to 48 cubes (150 mm). Supplied with calibrated thermostat by JS Civil Lab Solutions.
The Concrete Cube Curing Tank is an insulated, electrically heated water bath designed for controlled curing of concrete cube and cylinder specimens at the standard temperature of 27°C ± 2°C as required by IS 516 and IS 456. Proper curing temperature is critical for valid compressive strength results.
Concrete strength development is highly temperature-sensitive. Specimens cured at temperatures significantly above or below 27°C will show misleadingly high or low 28-day strength values, compromising the reliability of QA/QC data. A thermostatically controlled tank eliminates this variability.
IS 516:1959, IS 456:2000, ASTM C192, BS EN 12390-2.
