The Cement Mortar Mixer (Hobart Type) is used for machine-mixing of standard cement–sand mortar for compressive strength testing as per IS 4031 Part 6, IS 650, and BS EN 196-1. The Hobart-type planetary action mixer ensures uniform distribution of cement paste around each sand grain — eliminating the variation inherent in hand mixing and producing reproducible mortar for accurate cube strength results.
